What you'll do: Work closely with the sales team to onboard and train new enterprise customers, ensuring a smooth transition and positive initial experience with Copy.ai. Discover and develop new use cases for clients that will add value, foster greater adoption of our platform, and ultimately, grow accounts. Actively engage with existing customers for introductions to other groups within their organizations, and effectively pitch the capabilities of Copy.ai for those other groups. Utilize your technical expertise and creativity to develop customized solutions to help customers overcome challenges and maximize the use of our platform. Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication, issue resolution, and seeking feedback for further improvement. Collaborate with the product team to gather insights from customers, building a feedback loop to inform the development of new features and improvements.
