The ideal candidate is a versatile technologist capable of managing and executing a broad spectrum of growth-focused engineering tasks. Responsibilities: Develop and Implement Growth Features: Develop and deploy growth features and experiments that significantly impact user acquisition, retention and product virality. Enhance In-product Experiences: Create and refine onboarding and in-product experiences and to drive user activation and engagement. Analyze and Report: Utilize analytics and experimentation tools to measure the impact of growth initiatives and inform future strategies. Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with product, marketing, and the engineering team to align growth initiatives with overall business goals.
