Key Responsibilities:

Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify growth opportunities and optimize business processes.

Propose solutions to business challenges and serve as a technical advisor.

Advocate for the use of data in digital products and drive data science and analytics development.

Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to team research activities.

Build and integrate ML models, develop customer-centric AI solutions, and manage the full development cycle.

Utilize technologies like Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, NLP tools, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).

Technology Stack:

Machine Learning & Deep Learning: Python, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch

NLP: Hugging Face Transformers, spaCy, Gensim

Data Handling: SQL, Pandas, Apache Spark

Visualization: Matplotlib, Seaborn, Jupyter Notebooks

Deployment: Docker, MLflow

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in AI, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.

8-10 years of experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role.

Expertise in Python or R, machine learning algorithms, and NLP.

Skills:

Hands-on programming and ML/DL experience.

Familiarity with ML frameworks and large database handling.

Strong communication and leadership skills.
