The Training Delivery Director will be responsible for designing and overseeing the delivery of high-quality training programs to our employees, partners, and customers – in addition to facilitating training themself. This role requires a seasoned professional with over 10 years of hands-on training delivery experience, as well as people manager experience, in the SAAS technology sector.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Technology, or a related field

10+ years of experience in customer training delivery, with a strong background in complex SAAS solutions

10+ years people manager experience with a high performing team

Ability to discuss technical concepts of how a product works, as well as typical end-user functionality and use cases

Proven experience designing strategy within a defined budget, managing high profile initiatives, and leading a team of trainers

Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills

Strong strategic, organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities

Proficiency in using training tools and platforms (e.g., LMS, virtual training software)

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of Talent technologies (e.g. HRIS, ATS, LMS, CRM, VMS)

Experience with instructional design and e-learning development

Knowledge of adult learning principles and best practice
