What you will do (or learn to do)

Building new product experiences for Eightfold's Talent Management products.

Design & implement (frontend UI, backend) and roll them out across Eightfold global customers

Develop applications with an emphasis on quality, performance, design, and re-usability.

Build and ship new software features and product enhancements.

Collaborate with Product Management, Design, and the rest of Engineering.

Prototype new ideas and iterate toward the ideal user experience

Participate in technical discussions and plans to improve our overall software quality

Handle enterprise customer escalation issues promptly and thoroughly.

BS/MS in Computer Science is preferred

1-3+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development. Backend and/or Frontend. (extra points for skills in Python, Javascript and React)

Experience in building, launching, and maintaining SaaS products.

Cares about the details in the User experience and is highly driven to solve real problems for millions of Users

Communicates and collaborates effectively across teams

Excellent problem-solving and trouble-shooting skills and debugging in cloud environments and/or SaaS products.

Experience with SaaS and AWS/Azure/GCP is preferred

Passion for applying AI technologies to usable interfaces
