About The Role
As a Demand Generation Marketing Manager at Jasper, you will be responsible for driving our digital marketing strategies and developing, implementing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels to drive growth and engagement. In this role, you will partner closely with Sales to understand Jasperās target accounts and ICP and drive both sales-led and self-serve demand.
This fully remote role reports to the Head of Demand Generation and ABM and is open to candidates located anywhere in the continental US.
What you will do at Jasper
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies (paid and organic) to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth across both PLG and SLG motions.
Manage and optimize LinkedIn Ad campaigns, serving as a subject matter expert in this area, and leveraging your knowledge to achieve outstanding results scale and efficiency.
Implement and oversee Google Ads campaigns, ensuring optimal performance and ROI.
Identify and implement SEO strategies (both technical and content related) to increase organic acquisition.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business goals and marketing strategies.
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities for growth.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data to inform future strategies.
Stay current with digital marketing trends and best practices to keep Jasper at the forefront of the industry.
We Expect You To
4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with an emphasis on LinkedIn Ads and Enterprise B2B marketing.
Proficiency in Google Ads and experience in managing successful campaigns.
Experience in supporting both PLG and SLG marketing strategies.
Experience in managing strategic SEO programs, especially technical SEO.
Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decision-making.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and effectively.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Passion for and an understanding of the ever-evolving AI industry.
