Vision AI design and deliver industrial automation projects as experts in robotic applications, vision technology and control systems using smart software and technology to drive industries and businesses who have the desire to embrace new technologies.
With a strong committed pipeline of work we are looking for an experienced Senior Automation and or Robotics and Vision Systems Engineer to join the team. Working alongside the Founder of the business you will comfortable working independently you enjoy working collaboratively and can respectfully provide value when engaging with clients and the Vision AI team.
Comfortable managing teams and developing others to successfully deliver technically complex integrated solutions utilising best practice engineering and project management principles.
Technical competence across a diverse range of applications and systems (Complex PLC, HMI/MES applications, robotics for fluent and efficient robot applications, vision (2D & 3D systems), Servo/VSD setup and motor tuning) or willing to learn vision systems
Confidence in your skills and expertise to independently take on full lifecycle projects;
Understanding business and technical requirements
Concept design & system architecture
Develop & manage to project estimates, plans including timing and resource allocation
Lead and develop systems functional descriptions, including electrical and controls layout for fully automated robotic manufacturing systems
Product Design Verification and Process Validations
Onsite commissioning, Site & Functional Acceptance Testing and handover
