Due to exponential growth, a pivotal Senior Project Manager/ Senior Consultant position is available. This is a rare opportunity specialising in Generation AI, where you will apply yourself across a blend of project management, business analyst and delivery functions.

Day to day, you will work across multiple (supremely high-value) work streams, problem-solve and manage relationships across ~30 stakeholders across all levels. Your primary purpose is to ensure and drive project management efficiencies, remove roadblocks and be highly solution-driven to deliver on complex and exciting pieces of work. You are also tasked to identify opportunities where Generative AI can drive commercial value and implement these solutions collaboratively with our valued clients.

Key responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

Project management and implementation of Gen AI into organisation, from inception to execution.

Strong relationship management with a wide range of stakeholders at all level

Analyse and assess organisational processes and gather requirements

Run workshops to align stakeholders and lead project presentations, in coordination with international and technology teams

Ideally, you come from a Consulting background (Big 4 environments, KPMG, PwC, Deloitte, EY) and have Financial Services experience, though this is not mandatory.

Tertiary qualification, or hold relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) is advantageous

You must have a strong track record of Project Management skills, with impeccable ability to run/support multiple projects simultaneously, strong process mapping, business process reengineering (BPR) and system implementation skills

You bring robust skills and knowledge of project management frameworks; proficiency in Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint, including data analysis and visualisation and immaculate presentation skills.

You thrive in an agile team, and can self-manage in a fluid fast-paced environment.

Excellent interpersonal skills with senior executives.

Keen interest in AI technologies and their applications in business contexts.

Flexible to work hours liaising with stakeholders globally
