Our comprehensive and modular AI Governance platform serves as the single source of truth on AI usage by discovering and controlling AI inventory, assessing and managing risk of AI systems, and continuously auditing AI inventory against the latest legislation to ensure compliance. Holistic AI is trusted by leading organizations across all industries including Adecco, Mapfre, Michelin, Mindbridge, National Grid, Starling Bank, and Unilever.
We are seeking an experienced product marketing professional to lead the development and execution of the product marketing strategy for our AI Governance platform.
In this role, you will:
Create compelling and differentiated product messaging and positioning that clearly communicates the unique value proposition of our platform
Own the go-to-market strategy for new product launches, working closely with product, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment
Develop key pieces of content including pitch decks, videos, webinars, whitepapers, and demos that showcase the benefits and impact of our platform
Build and maintain relationships with key customers to capture feedback, inform the roadmap, and secure testimonials that highlight qualitative and quantitative customer outcomes
Collaborate with Sales to develop materials, training, and tools that equip the field team to handle objections and communicate the value of our platform
Define both ideal customer profile (ICP) and key personas to help Sales quickly qualify opportunities and accelerate pipeline
Be the expert on competitive offerings and how to position our platform to win
Leverage “good enough” data and intuition to create hypotheses, experiment, analyze, and optimize
Conduct market research to identify customer needs and emerging trends, and use that data to create reports that help position us as leaders in AI Governance
Serve as a thought leader and advocate for Holistic AI in external forums such as webinars, conferences, and industry panels
Work closely with key industry analysts to ensure they understand our point-of-view on AI Governance: the customer problem, why it’s getting worse, why a new approach is required, and what good looks like (i.e. best practices)
We Expect You To
5+ years of product marketing experience
Bachelors degree in marketing, business, technology, or relevant field of study such as computer science
Experience crafting compelling and differentiated messaging and positioning using command of message framework or similar
Proven track record of developing and deploying successful product marketing strategies, product launches, content, and campaigns
Passion for storytelling with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Understanding of key AI concepts including machine learning, deep learning, neural networks, natural language processing, large language models, and computer vision
Working knowledge of key AI use cases such as personalization, automation, predictive analytics, recommendation engines, and customer support (chatbots)
Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and experience creating top, middle, and bottom-of-funnel content
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Ability to easily transition from high level strategic thinking to creative and detailed execution
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely
Proven track record of thriving in fast-paced work environments
