As a full stack developer focused on interactive education, you will have a direct impact on how developers and users interact with, learn about, and build with Claude.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop advanced education delivery platforms that leverage Claude’s frontier capabilities

Reimagine Anthropic’s existing educational platforms, such as Anthropic’s developer documentation or the Anthropic Cookbook, through the lens of a Claude-first experience

Create innovative, AI-powered educational experiences that enhance the learning process for users of all skill levels

Implement AI-driven features to personalize and optimize the learning experience

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate educational content seamlessly across Anthropic's platforms

Develop and implement rapid prototypes to test new ideas in AI-enhanced learning

Work closely with product, engineering, and research teams to translate cutting-edge AI concepts into engaging, interactive learning experiences

5+ years of experience in full-stack web development

Strong proficiency in modern web technologies (e.g., React, Node.js, TypeScript)

Experience building applications with large language models or other AI technologies

Proven track record of developing educational or interactive web applications

Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles, especially in educational contexts

Experience with rapid prototyping and agile development methodologies

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively about AI applications

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Strong candidates may also have:

Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and educational technology trends

Experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP)

Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools

Familiarity with data visualization libraries and techniques
