Job Description
What you'll do:
Work closely with the sales team to onboard and train new enterprise customers, ensuring a smooth transition and positive initial experience with Copy.ai.
Discover and develop new use cases for clients that will add value, foster greater adoption of our platform, and ultimately, grow accounts.
Actively engage with existing customers for introductions to other groups within their organizations, and effectively pitch the capabilities of Copy.ai for those other groups.
Utilize your technical expertise and creativity to develop customized solutions to help customers overcome challenges and maximize the use of our platform.
Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication, issue resolution, and seeking feedback for further improvement.
Collaborate with the product team to gather insights from customers, building a feedback loop to inform the development of new features and improvements.
We Expect You To
3+ years of experience in a solutions consultant, sales engineering, or a similar customer-facing role in a SaaS or technology organization
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and adapt to new technologies quickly
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable with presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences
Creative problem solver who can identify customer needs and develop tailored solutions
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of, or experience with, AI technology and copywriting tools is a plus
