Job Description
Responsibilities:
Conduct inbound and outbound calls and emails to generate and qualify leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
Build and nurture relationships with potential customers through effective communication and active listening.
Understand customer needs and present tailored solutions to drive sales and meet revenue targets.
Stay informed about industry trends, product features, and competitive landscape to effectively position our offerings.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Work closely with Strategic Solutions Directors to onboard the best potential partners and support the top of the sales funnel.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
