Job Description

Strategic Planning: Partner closely with product and PMM teams to develop comprehensive marketing strategies to drive awareness and adoption of new features, aligning with overall business objectives and target audience preferences. This includes:

Market share, landscape assessment

Target audience definition and priorities, customer needs

Growth levers across product, GTM, geos, partnerships

Marketing strategy

Value proposition and messaging

Distribution strategies including partnerships and ecosystem

Engagement strategy

Feature Positioning and Messaging: Define compelling and differentiated messaging for each new feature, highlighting key benefits and value propositions to resonate with target audiences.

Content Creation: Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to create high-quality marketing collateral, including blog posts, whitepapers, videos, and case studies, showcasing the value of new features.

Customer Advocacy: Cultivate relationships with key customers to gather testimonials, case studies, and user-generated content, leveraging their experiences to drive feature adoption among prospects.

Develop deep knowledge of the Acrobat business, generative models, differentiated capabilities, content quality and supported content type and be the expert in market trends, customer needs, landscape, and market growth drivers in the Gen AI space.

Define the critical metrics for measuring success across Acrobat product marketing activities

Drive strategic updates and discussions with senior executives

Lead a cross functional team to deliver on key success factors across all aspects of the GTM Strategy

Lead a growing team of product marketing leaders coaching them to drive impact.

Act as a change agent, guiding teams forward in a rapidly evolving environment

We Expect You To

Be an experienced senior-level PMM and understand micro SMB, solopreneur audiences and their expectations from tools

Proven experience in product marketing, with a focus on feature promotion and adoption.

Ideally a passion for innovation in how productivity will be transformed by AI/ML

Strong EQ, influencing skills, and leadership ability, ideally including experience driving consensus in matrixed organizations.

Self-starter and proactive leader with 15+ years of building highly effective teams

Strong executive presence and excellent communication skills

Strategic problem solver who can identify and set short and long term strategic priorities

A drive to constantly optimize and improve, combined with a relentless focus on customer experience

Proven success influencing peers across product management, engineering, corporate marketing, and regional leaders
