We are looking for a Lead Engineer to spearhead our efforts in developing the next generation of AI-first marketing tools!

• Lead the architecture and development of AI-first marketing tools, ensuring seamless integration of front-end and back-end technologies.

• Guide and mentor a team of developers, data scientists, and UX designers in creating robust and intuitive AI-first products

• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to propel our solutions forward.

• San Francisco or Remote (US)

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience.

• 10+ years overall development experience.

• Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).

• Experience in application integration and development with Large Language Models and Generative AI (E.g., OpenAI ChatGPT, Claude, Coral, LLAMA, Alpaca, Koala, Vicuna, Mixtral, MidJourney, Dall-E, Stable Diffusion)

• Works well in a distributed team environment across multiple geographies; can develop strong working relationships and promote a positive, collaborative tone.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field) or equivalent professional experience

Bonus Qualifications:

• Experience in developing AI agents, with a portfolio of relevant projects a plus
